Want To Be A Winning Book Club? Keep Reading!

There’s nothing like below zero temperatures to bring out the inner reader in all of us. Book club members know what we’re talking about. When bone chilling temperatures force you to stay inside, you seize the opportunity to get cozy with your club’s monthly reading choice and get ready for the next meeting –hopefully when it’s warm enough for your car to start.

No, not much can stand in the way of a voracious reader and her/his book club! We respect that, which is why we have decided to make 2019 The Year of the Book Club. We are not waiting until National Reading Club/Book Month in October; we are going to celebrate these wonderfully unique groups all year long with a special contest just for you.

We invite all of you to send us your pictures, and tell us –in 50 words or less—what is the best thing about your book club? We really want to know, what brings and keeps your group together? The winning club will receive a $50.00 Amazon gift card and a signing visit from us to a club meeting. After all, we want to experience the group’s greatness for ourselves!

The How To Be A Winning Book Club contest runs from February 1-28, 2019. All entries should be submitted to Leigh and Vikki at browncorlissbooks@gmail.com. Please include complete contact information as well as club location (city/state), with your entry. The winner of the $50.00 Amazon gift card and author visit will be randomly chosen and notified by March 31, 2019.

All entries, beginning with the winning club, will be highlighted and shared on the Brown Corliss Books website and Facebook page.  If for any reason you DO NOT want your club featured in this way, please state this clearly in your email submission.

Please join us in celebrating The Year of the Book Club, and help make 2019 the best year of reading yet!
